Cycliq Warranty/Return Policy

Cycliq products come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects during this period. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty.

You have the right to seek remedy for products for up to twelve months from purchase for issues caused by a manufacturing defect. Beyond the twelve months we will attempt to assist with any issues by communicating with you to remedy the problem for a further twelve months.

Cycliq warranty only applies to the original purchaser and warranty is non-transferable.

Spare parts and other physical requirements necessary to remedy the issue will be provided at a cost. We will only replace Cycliq products when you have submitted a support ticket and followed all steps to remedy the problem.

Upon us being satisfied that a solution cannot be reached via Customer Support Portal, we may request the product be returned for further analysis.

Cycliq assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Cycliq be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.

Warranty procedure

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by the above warranty, please follow the steps below:

  • Firstly, create a ticket on our support page.
  • Once we determine your product qualifies for coverage under our warranty, you’ll be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will advise where to send the products.
  • Package up your device appropriately to avoid damage in transit.
  • If your product was not purchased on, proof of purchase will be required.
  • IMPORTANT: returns that do not have a valid RMA number will be sent back.

Returns policy

We want our customers to find great value in Cycliq products and will do everything in our power to ensure you have a Cycliq product that operates as advertised. The return policy outlined here only effectuates for products purchased directly from us; if you have purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them to arrange your return or exchange.

Apparel items can only be exchanged within thirty days of purchase for the same product in a different size. Apparel must be returned to us unused with the original tags still attached, in their original packaging.

Cycliq replacement protocol

If Cycliq deems a product to be faulty, we will return a new or refurbished product. Cycliq will return the product to you as soon as possible: generally, a seven-day assessment period and then up to a twenty-one-day shipping period from the date the product was received by Cycliq.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of faulty products. If the product is within its warranty period, Cycliq will be responsible for return shipping to the customer. If the product is tested and found to be working according to specifications, it will be returned as it was received.

Products replaced under Cycliq product warranty are covered for the original warranty period which is based on the original purchase date or 90 Days from the date of the replacement, whichever is longer.
