We want you to be absolutely delighted with the products you purchase from Ultra We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund.* The product (s) must be in an unused condition with the original packaging and manuals.

*Exclusions - Since we are authorized dealers of many brands, it is recommended the return policy is read that applies to the selected brand.

Can I return an order?

Of course! We offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee from the day you receive your order, no questions asked. However, our manufacturers have return policies that range between 7 & 30 days. To See Manufacturers' Return and Warranty Information, click here. Please contact us within the manufacturers' allowed return time frame and we'll get your return started.

Who pays for the shipping?

If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage. However, if it's because you changed your mind and no longer like what you ordered, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.

When should I send the product back?

You should send it back within 5 days of your return claim authorization. 

Please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.

How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be paid back within 14 days in the same way you made the purchase.

How do I cancel and return an order?

If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will just cancel the order and issue a refund. However, if the item is on its way, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.

If you contact us outside of the manufacturers' return time frame, refunds and exchanges are not possible.

  1. Visit Our Return Portal to start your return.
  2. Items in your order must be unused and in new condition.
  3. The customer is required to pay return shipping. All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. All requests for returns must be submitted in writing to If your request is approved, you will receive an email from us providing instructions for your return.
  5. Packages must be properly secured with return items in their original packaging and must include all paperwork, manuals, and tools if applicable. We suggest that a picture of the returned item and the return package is taken before shipping.
  6. The package is now ready to be shipped. You can make arrangements to ship the item to us with UPS, FedEx, or USPS or provide a shipping label to you with the carrier of your choice.
  7. If the item is larger and was delivered with a freight carrier you must place the box on a pallet and schedule a pickup time with a freight carrier.
  8. Items must be returned with a tracking number.
  9. The customer is responsible for loss or damage that occurred while the item is returned. If you are shipping items over $50, we recommend using a service that offers tracking numbers and purchasing shipping insurance.
  10. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned items.
  11. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed for the price of the item, any shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  12. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Only regular priced items may be refunded as a sale or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
